Lotus Chestnet Mooncakes

This is the 2nd Mooncakes learn from Phoon Huat. I love the cripsy and the topping with some of the chedder cheese with a bit of sesame. The Lotus + the chestnut make the paste not too sweet. Yummy.

Traditional Mooncakes

This is the 1st traditional Mooncakes learn from Phoon Huat. I love to eat traditional mooncakes, so its a good chance for me to go and learn. Was very satified with the results, as it was to my expectation, as the mooncakes was not too sweet. Will try to make more during this season. :)
