My Birthday Cake

Since its my birthday and i don't intent to make a birthday cake for myself, so i went to Swensen and br tis Ice-cream cake and my kids love it so much that they say their next birthday had to be ice-cream cake too. big headache liao, either had to learn to make ice-cream cake or from now on, all their birthday had to go and buy ice-cream cake liao. huh... what to do!

Wei Hian B'day Cake

It's my eldest son Wei Hian's birthday, since my son don't like cake that much so i make a chocolate cake for him as all kids like chocolate. We had a early celebration for him on 15/02/09. So i took about half a day on Saturday just to complete this cake. And was glad that he love it.

This year his taking his PSLE, so my wishes for him is to work hard and pass his exam.

New Year Cookies

Make these pineapple tarts and Kueh lapis for sale. Actually planning not to sell any stuff this year but just can't put myself to say NO for my sis and in-law so in the end had to stress myself to do abt 50 pineapples this year and also make about 6 lapis this year. even though my lapis i feel is not vy well done this year and actually is quite a failure. Hope next year i will determine to say no for all these stuff liao. sigh.........

Had been a vy busy month in this lunar new year making cookies and had no time to post all my work and also becoz of laziness although did some baking but some forgot to take picture and some after finished all the food than remember :( so even thought this few weeks did quite a number of baking but there's no much to be post up. But at least there's still some which i remember to take picture and now i can show out. hehe
