Daddy's B'Day Cake

Today is DH b'day so make a b'day cake as becoz 2ml is my niece b'day also and since she want a castle cake so why not use DH cake as a practice. :0

Not very satisfied so have to do some amendment 2ml before giving it to my niece.

Muffin

Had been quite busy this few weeks and had no time to touch the computer, so although did some baking but no time to post it up. So since tonite not to tire better faster post all up. hehe

Parlet

1st trying this parlet, its taste really nice, but i feel that still need a lot of trying out, becoz the persentation is not so nice. wanted to try again today, but scare kids will get sick, becoz of the chocolate. sigh.......

My 3rd attempt to this pastry, although my 2nd attempt failed me, but at last my 3rd doesn't fail mi. :)

Birthday Cake

My cousin 7th b'day today, and her mum want me to make a football cake for her. Wow a big challenge. Was thinking how to do, and at last decided that since i wasn't good in doing a whole 3D ball, as else make a semi ball. and this is what it come out. DH say that i should use black colour for the outline, but thinking of all the kids and scared of too much colouring, i use white outline.

Plum Sauce Drumstick

My sis told me that when tried this dish and her kids love so much, so a few days ago, when ntuc and saw the whop hup plum sauce so decide to try on it. Ya, i taste it and its yummy but one thing is that shouldn't buy from those frozen should get from wet market the texture is different.
